ROLE DESCRIPTION

You would be the Telemarketing Agent who would be responsible for proactively conducting outbound callings to IT decision makers within Small to Medium Business, Commercial and Enterprise Accounts in order to generate new business leads. This will involve dealing with Director level contacts and requires a high level of professionalism in addition to excellent sales and persuasive skills.

PURPOSE & CONTEXT

Perform outbound Telemarketing activity on targeted data lists, targeting both new & existing customers Handle inbound calls triggered by media campaigns Identification of new business sales leads Qualification of event or third party leads for hand off to sales Continual update of customer profile information on internal CRM database SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Outbound sales experience Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Outgoing personality Solid personal confidence and motivation Exceptional team working skills Target and revenue driven Professional IT literate Business to Business sales experience Experience of engaging with high level contacts Good understanding of the IT industry
