Due to client expansion we are currently looking for Field Sales Executives to represent the company through face-to-face contact with their domestic consumers and acquire, retain and win-back best value profit generating business. Your territory will be no further than 40 minutes drive from your home post code.
Job Description - Field Sales Executive
*As the face of our client, you will be selling door-to-door, promoting products and services.
*Achieve key performance indicators across a range of sales, service and quality parameters (e.g. customer drop-out)
*Fully understand the different needs and perspectives of customers
*Maintain positive relationships with customers and develop mutual trust with customers
*Take full responsibility for own tasks and results
*Hours are: Monday to Friday 12pm to 8pm (plus the odd weekend)
Experience - Field Sales Executive
*We are looking for one of the following: Sales in utilities, Direct sales, Telesales or Military/ Authorities experience
*A natural sales ability
*Resilient and someone who can remain positive in the face of adversity
*Must have full UK driving license
Package - Field Sales Executive
*Basic salary £12500
*Uncapped OTE £29-30K realistic 1st year earnings
*Company Car for everyone, classed as pool car so not heavily taxed
*Fuel card
*Broadband provided
*Laptop
*33 days holiday plus 10 days paid leave at Xmas
*Health plan after 12 months service
*Pension after 3 months service
*Mobile phone allowance - £13 a month
